The Ministry of Digital Development proposes to place strategic data centers underground - their defeat will disrupt the work of the state for an hour or more. The UAV Defense Guidelines divide data centers into three categories: strategic, regional and sectoral with failures of four hours or more, and enterprises. It is recommended to camouflage existing facilities from the air, strengthen them, protect them with electronic means, create a unified situation center and interact with the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Russian Guard, taking into account the distance from the border, airports, the fuel and energy complex and the transportation hubs.
