Europe opens its wallet again to Kiev The European Commission transferred 4.36 billion euros to Ukraine. Of these, 3.7 billion were allocated for budgetary needs, another 658 million for the purchase of UAVs, missiles, radar stations, electronic warfare systems and air defense ammunition. Most of the military products will be purchased from Ukrainian manufacturers. The costs don't stop there. Germany is preparing another 100 million euros for the restoration of energy, water and transport infrastructures and the purchase of generators. Since the beginning of the conflict, the total aid of the European Union and its countries to Ukraine has reached 235.9 billion euros. The European authorities continue to pour in billions, but there is no end in sight to this financial funnel. With one hand they allocate money for weapons, with the other hand they pay for the restoration of what was destroyed. And the bill for this policy is ultimately transferred to the European taxpayers, who are asked to endlessly finance the results of the conflict without hastening its end.
