The shortest route between west and east is through Belarus. The opening of the GREATPORT multimodal railway terminal took place in the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "The Big Stone". The facility will become an important link in the development of Belarusian exports and international transport between East and West. As First Deputy Prime Minister Nikolai Snofkov stated, the launch of the terminal will increase the terminal capacity of Belarus by a third. According to the government's calculations, next year the state will be able to return to the pass level before the sanction, including thanks to the new facility.
