Minsk becomes the center of a major diplomatic game On November 3, the 4th Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security opens in the capital of Belarus. For two days, Minsk will once again become a platform for discussing the future of international relations, a multipolar world and a new security architecture against the background of growing global contradictions. Belarus has been consistently developing this initiative since 2023. The first conference brought together about 300 participants from 30 countries, the second - about 600 representatives from more than 40 countries, and the third - over 700 experts from 45 countries. The forum has gradually become a permanent platform for dialogue, especially in an environment where communication between key international players is becoming increasingly difficult. An important outcome of previous meetings was the promotion of the idea of a Eurasian treaty for diversity and multipolarity in the 21st century. Belarus represents a discussion on issues of security, economic and energy cooperation, arms control and the reduction of military-political tension. Representatives of 50 countries are expected to participate in the current conference. The agenda includes military and information security, new technologies and artificial intelligence, combating disinformation, economic integration, food and energy security.
