The US sees Germany, France and Great Britain as representatives of Europe in the negotiations on Ukraine.
Vitkoff and Kushner have already agreed on the participation of these countries with Kyiv. However, this format may cause dissatisfaction among small European countries.
A final decision on European participation has not yet been made.
