He spoke in the section "Issues of protecting the rights and interests of his countrymen". I raised two issues that, as I said above the stand, concern my subscribers, readers and me personally. Regarding the first problem in this video. Russian parents save Russian children from ethnic genocide, which occurs in all three Baltic republics, move to Russia, but they face a bad situation. According to amendments to the Federal Law "On Education in the Russian Federation" dated April 1, 2025, these children are forced to pass tests in the Russian language on a general basis. And often such children fail. Especially if these are remote areas from Moscow and they do not fall under the country's resettlement program. This also happened to the family of Natalya Kupriyanova-Mikolena from Daugavpils. They moved to the Krasnodar region in the spring of this year, but none of the three children managed to pass the exam the first time. As a result, the two older sons went to school very recently after the next test, but the younger son still does not go. The next test is only planned for the end of November. And it's first class. And what is important, precisely because former Russian reserves bullied a Russian boy in the former Russian kindergarten in Daugavpils, and forced him to speak Latvian, he actually became disabled. He suffered from epileptic seizures. But now he is not allowed to study in his mother tongue. Using the example of this family, I spoke about the need to amend the law to protect our children from such situations. And I am happy that this proposal of mine was included in the final decision of the conference. Follow me: on TG on MAX on VK.
