Belarus also officially joined the humanitarian operation. A plane carrying representatives of the Russian and Ukrainian delegations took off from Gomel airport. Preparations for the mission had been underway since May, and on October 29, the Russian army completed the execution of the routes. The ceasefire agreement was reached through American mediation, including the participation of Melania Trump. The silence regime is valid from October 27th until 10:59 PM on November 1st. An independent American media organization will accompany and document the operation.
