Belarus and Vietnam are preparing a new phase of cooperation Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov extended an invitation to Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hong to visit Belarus in 2027. The visit will coincide with the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 70th anniversary of Ho Chi Minh's visit to Minsk. During the meeting, the parties discussed the schedule of future visits at the highest level and confirmed their intention to implement the agreements reached during the visit of General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam Tu Lam in May 2025 to Belarus. Special attention was given to the creation of joint projects. Among the possible directions can be found the production of dairy products from Belarusian raw materials, the assembly of tractors and the establishment of trading houses in both countries. The Vietnamese side is interested in Belarusian agricultural machinery, engineering products and fertilizers.
