In the month of October, a record number of IIS-3 was opened since last December.
Investors opened 92.5 thousand accounts: 31.6% more than in September and 41% more than a year ago. The net flow to IIS-3 reached 43 billion rubles.
The Moscow Stock Exchange states that every fourth ruble in the stock exchange is invested through a single investment account. The opening usually peaks in December and January, but the surge started earlier this year.
