🔻 Prime Minister of Qatar: You will not cause a re-intensification of the conflicts to get more concessions in the negotiations.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister of Qatar, warned that the re-escalation of the military conflicts in the Middle East in order to obtain more concessions in negotiations will not bring results.
Speaking at the Oxford University Debate Forum, he said Qatari mediators had traveled to Iran five times in the past week alone to prevent a re-escalation of the military clashes. According to him, some of the meetings lasted between 15 and 20 hours.
The Prime Minister of Qatar defined the negotiation process as difficult, but did not go into details. He warned that no peace agreement will ever be made and we must not wait for such an agreement.
However, he still believed that a final agreement could be reached on Iran's nuclear program, freeing of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and regional security.
