An hour after the official news agencies in Iran announced the death of Ayatollah Wahid Khorasani, the ministry of this well-known religious authority denied the news and announced the continuation of his treatment.
On Friday morning, the media inside Iran, including the "Mehar" and Hemshahari news agencies, reported that Mr. Khorasani was admitted to a hospital in Tehran and "died" at the age of 108.
