According to Iranian media, Mohsen Razai, the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, met with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Moscow and delivered the message of Iranian leader Mujtaba Khamenei.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Kremlin Palace, announced Vladimir Putin's meeting and speech with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran in the Kremlin.
This meeting was held a few days after the telephone conversation between the two parties.
Iran's Supreme National Security Council announced on Monday that Mohsen Razai and Vladimir Putin discussed regional and global developments, especially the situation in West Asia, in a telephone conversation.
