According to reports in the Iranian media, Mohsen Razai, the leader of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, met with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Moscow and delivered the message of Mujtaba Khamenei, the leader of Iran.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, the spokesman of the Kremlin Palace, announced Vladimir Putin's meeting and speech with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran in the Kremlin.
This meeting was held a few days after the telephone conversation between the two parties.
