New bomb threats on Thursday disrupted the flight of at least 14 European airliners, many of which were forced to divert and make emergency landings. Today's threats come after similar threats caused widespread disruption to European flights on Tuesday. So far no bomb has been discovered on any of the flights. An Airbus belonging to the Irish company Aer Lingus, which took off from Dublin on Thursday morning, changed its route after declaring an emergency and landed at Oro air base in northern France. The Finnair airline from Finland also announced that on Thursday one of its planes, flying from Helsinki to the Italian capital, received a bomb threat. The plane was escorted by air force planes and landed as planned. There are further reports of threats to bomb European aircraft on Thursday. Reuters.
