According to Reuters, Iraqi security sources announced on Wednesday that two drones carrying explosives had launched a ground attack on positions of Iranian Kurdish opposition groups in Sulaimani and east of Erbil in Iraq.
Last night the Iranian media reported the explosion at the base of Kurdish opposition groups in Iraq, but the Revolutionary Guards or the Iranian army have not yet accepted responsibility for these attacks.
In recent months, Iran has repeatedly targeted the bases of Iranian Kurdish opposition groups in the autonomous region of Iraqi Kurdistan and accused these groups of carrying out attacks inside Iran.
