A rare ceasefire in Ukraine on Saturday, October 31 allowed hundreds of people to leave the Russian-occupied city of Olshek and join their families.

They had four hours to leave this war-torn city.

This temporary, regional ceasefire happened after the efforts of Melania Trump and Pope Leo XIV, and it was the longest and most extensive ceasefire since Russia's ground attack on Ukraine in 2022.

This ceasefire ended on November 1 (Stone 10).
