Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council: I read Vance's letter, his tone has completely changed.
Earlier we reported that Mohsen Razai spoke to Iran TV and said that Tehran has not made a new decision regarding its nuclear doctrine.
Now, more parts of the interview have been published and the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council has confirmed that he received the letter from the Vice President of the United States.
Mr. Razai said: "I have read the letter of Jedi Vance and still have not given him an answer; "Their tone has completely changed, and this is a good sign, the Iranian nation has confirmed its victory."
