Mohsen Razai: No new decision was made to change the nuclear doctrine.

The secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council said that no new decision was made to change the nuclear doctrine.

Mohsen Razai, head of the army division, told Iran TV, "No new decision has been made in the government yet. Of course, this discussion is now being discussed if there is another war, do we want to have the same old doctrine or not, but no new decision has been made officially and by the government.

In the political literature and issues related to nuclear proliferation, a revision of the nuclear doctrine usually means a change in policy aimed at obtaining nuclear weapons.

Mr. Razai said in his latest statement, “The Iranian state has demands. They are looking for logic. Finally, they see that the enemy has come and hit all our core centers. so why? We responded positively to all of our agency's tests. They had cameras at all our sites. Therefore, when people see these, their demand from us is, why do you want to continue the situation."

Iran has so far announced the goal of its nuclear program in peaceful ways, but the Western countries and the Arab League want clarity about it.

Among other things, Western governments say they have concerns about Iran's uranium enrichment at high levels, which has dual uses, including nuclear weapons.
