At the same time as reports of the continuation of negotiations between Iranian representatives and Qatari mediators in Doha to reach an agreement on the resumption of direct negotiations between the United States, it was reported that an American delegation would also join these talks.
The Qatari newspaper Al-Arabiya Jadid, citing sources close to the mediators, announced the progress of negotiations between Tehran and Washington and reported that an American delegation would also arrive in Doha for "direct negotiations" with Iran.
This news is published after the talks that lasted 12 hours between the Qatari mediators and the Iranian authorities and the website Axios reports on the continuation of these negotiations in Doha.
According to the Axios report, Qatari mediators were in constant contact with the White House during the 12-hour meeting on Friday.
Axios reporter Barak Ravid reported, citing a diplomatic source, that the Iranian negotiating team will leave for Doha with the Qatari mediators on their return flight.
