Ali Salehi, the public and revolutionary prosecutor of Tehran, warned against the "shortness" of government administrators and called for the intervention of intelligence institutions and the Revolutionary Guards. Mr. Salehi asked the intelligence agencies and the Revolutionary Guards to identify and deal with what he called "organized gangs promoting corruption" at a meeting of the "Afaf and Hijab Working Group". The prosecutor in Tehran said at this meeting that "28 executive bodies" have legal obligations in this area and the supervisory organization must review their performance within a month. He threatened that in the event of a "norm violation" in public places, legal measures will be taken against the "licensing authority and the culprit". These statements are made while the prosecutor's office in Tehran recently declared a crime against the organizers of the art exhibition "Tehran Art Fair" and blocked the organizer's user account on social networks. Before that, photos of the presence of women without hijab at this art event in Iran Mall were published on social media. Read more: NurPhoto via Getty Images.
