CENTCOM again denied "ship collision with naval mines" in the Strait of Hormuz.

The US military's Central Command (CENTCOM) denied once again that the ships collided with Iranian naval mines while passing through the Strait of Hormuz.

CENTCOM called the news reports of the Iranian media about hitting a naval mine while crossing the Strait of Hormuz as "false claims" and emphasized again that the US military had laid mines on "all the major traffic routes in the Strait of Hormuz that are internationally recognized".

Centcom emphasized in this announcement that thousands of ships passed through these routes with full Yemen.

In recent days, a Centcom official denied in an interview with the Al Jazeera news agency the fire and explosion of two tankers after they hit a naval mine and said that Iran uses drones and missiles for ground attacks on vessels in the Strait of Hormuz.
