Araghchi: We are in close and constant contact with mediators regarding the seven-day plan Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced on Wednesday that Tehran is still in close contact with mediators to discuss ways to ensure the implementation of Iran's proposed plan. This plan was introduced in order to end the war. Abbas Arjechi said that Iran continues to give diplomacy a chance to succeed and added that if the seven-day plan proposed by Tehran comes to fruition, this plan can be achieved even in less than a week. Mr. Argachi previously said that based on this proposal, if certain conditions are met, the Strait of Hormuz could be reopened. In the past, US President Donald Trump rejected this proposal, leading to further efforts by Qatar to mediate.
