The Serbian police said that this morning after a "terrorist attack", forces in this country shot dead a young man in front of the Israeli embassy. Serbian Interior Minister Ivic Dacic said that the attacker, wielding two knives, attacked a policeman shouting "Allah Akbar". This policeman, who received a superficial wound to his face, fired at the attacker. Mr Dacic said he was a Serbian teenager who was being monitored by the security services because he was "known to be a supporter of the Islamic State". Additional details about the identity of this person were not provided. In a conversation with journalists in front of the embassy, Serbia's interior minister said that the investigation is ongoing, but the security services announced that the suspect posted on his Instagram page a photo of the flag of the so-called Islamic State (ISIS).
