According to the announcement of the Central Election Commission in Israel, more than 70% of the votes were counted, but none of the factions won the necessary majority of seats in the parliament.

Benjamin Netanyahu's coalition still has the most votes, but its number of mandates has dropped to 54.

The number of mandates of Mr. Netanyahu's rival party, Gadi Eisenkot, also reached 47, while the "Arab List" parties increased the number of mandates to 19.

The winning coalition needs at least 61 seats in the Knesset to form a majority government.

Current results are not final and may change.
