Office of the Emir of Qatar: Sheikh Tamim and Pashkhian discussed the situation in the Strait of Hormuz earlier we reported on the meeting between the President of Iran and the Emir of Qatar in Moscow according to Iranian sources. Now, the office of the Emir of Qatar said in a statement that Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and Masoud al-Mazikian discussed the war in the Middle East and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz today in the capital of Russia. This meeting was held today before the 8th meeting of the Heads of State and Government of the Gas Exporters Forum in the World Trade Center building in Moscow.
According to the statement of the office of the Emir of Qatar, in this meeting the two sides discussed the regional developments, especially the latest status of the negotiations, the Strait of Hormuz, the energy supply, and also the issues on the agenda of the meeting of the gas exporters. This meeting was also attended by Abbas Argachi, the foreign minister of Iran and a number of other officials in both countries.
