He warned that if activity at the Shiv (Chaba) border crossing with Iran is not resumed by Thursday, this district bordering Khuzestan will engage in civil disobedience and cut off its connection with other areas of Iraq.

The court's ruling came after the Iraqi Prime Minister's Office sued Mustafa Dayer for "threatening civil disobedience and blocking roads."

According to Iraq's official news agency, Ali Zaidi's office also ordered the government to open the Shiv crossing within three days.

Despite the issuance of an arrest warrant, there is still no news of the arrest of the head of the Meissen District Council.
