The Saudi-led coalition said it had launched a ground attack on the weapons depot and missile launch platforms in Yemen.

The Saudi-led military coalition announced on Monday that it had targeted several Houthi missile launch platforms and weapons depots in Yemen. At the same time, the Houthis once again reported the ground attack on Riyadh's international airport.

The Saudi operation was carried out a day after explosions were heard again in the capital of this country. Saudi authorities warned residents of the "hostile aerial threat" against this city by sending text messages. Riyadh has been the target of Houthi attacks many times in recent weeks.

Now, Turki Maliki, the spokesman for the military coalition led by Saudi Arabia, wrote on Monday on the X social network that in this operation four ballistic missile launch platforms, a missile depot and tunnels used by the Houthis were destroyed.

The Houthis control a large part of Yemen. Turki Maliki said that the purpose of this operation was to cut off the supply lines of the Houthi militias in the areas under their control.
