Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel's captive government, says that 90% of the work to destroy Iran's nuclear program has been done and only 10% remains.
On Sunday, two days before the parliamentary elections in Israel, Mr. Netanyahu said in an interview with the state television network on Channel 14 that his electoral opponents would not be able to complete this task.
According to him, "We did 90% of the work and 10% remained. Who will do it? Eisenkot and the Muslim Brotherhood? No, only I can do it."
Israel's captive prime minister, who has close competition with Gadi Eisenkot, the former chief of staff of that country's army, in the last days of the election campaign, once again made the confrontation with the Iranian nuclear program one of the central axes of his campaign.
Netanyahu also reposted an AI-generated image of a nuclear explosion in Tel Aviv on Channel X on Sunday. This photo was accompanied by text from a right-wing Israeli POW political analyst who described Iran as an existential threat to Israeli POWs.
