🔻 Glibaf: The appointment of the representative of the United Arab Emirates to the UN Secretary-General is a service to the "Prisoners of the Great Seal" project.
Mohammad Bakr Khalibaf, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, accused the Emirati diplomat Lana Nasiba of trying to take the position of Secretary General of the United Nations, in pursuit of promoting the "Captives of Big Oil Project".
Mr. Halibaf, in a message on Channel X in English today, described Ms. Nesbia's candidacy for this position as "an attempt to take over the highest position of the United Nations, with the aim of smoothing the diplomatic path of the prisoners of the Great Seal Project and whitewashing systematic genocide."
Mr. Halibaf further wrote: "His work record is nothing but a defense of the Gaza tragedy; the fox is updating his LinkedIn profile to apply for the position of 'watching over the hens' nest.'
In Mr. Halibaf's post there is also an image of a news item from 2024, in which Ms. Nasiba defends the United Arab Emirates' relations with Israeli prisoners in the midst of the Gaza war. Three days ago, the United Arab Emirates officially nominated Lana Nosiba, the political deputy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as a candidate to succeed Antonio Guterres, the Secretary General of the United Nations.
Lana Nasiba, 48, was the UAE ambassador to the United Nations for more than a decade and chaired the Security Council twice during her country's term as a member of the Security Council.
