Elon Musk says SpaceX has restricted Starlink Internet services in Ukraine, while Ukrainian authorities have said restrictions on connecting to that satellite Internet system have been lifted.

Mr. Musk accused Ukraine of violating Starlink's terms of use and using it for military action; However, he did not attribute the similar problem that occurred with the Ukrainian military's access to Starshield to his company. Starshield is the military version of Starlink and is run by the US government and military.

Kyiv has yet to officially respond, but Serhii Baskrastano, an adviser to the Ukrainian president, said his words were "very strange."

Mr Musk has previously denied deliberate disruption of Starlink's connection limits, while Ukraine has said its defense operation has been disrupted for more than a week.

This issue was raised for the first time last week in the midst of the disagreement between Washington and Kiev over the ground attack on the Russian oil infrastructure.
