A mysterious masked figure has been appearing all over London doing charity work.

Known as the "Batman of London", this bloated "hero" has gained a lot of fans on social media by going around the city offering help to strangers.

These donations include paying for people's gas, filling potholes in the streets and even selling Pridedo chocolates for 5 pence.

After weeks of speculation, the BBC was invited to visit Batman in London.

He told the BBC: “It doesn't matter who I am. What I do shows what kind of person I am."

When asked why London needs Batman, he said: "I believe anyone can be a hero. I want to show the best in London. "People face problems and I want to help them."
