According to Hamid Makhovvi, CEO of the Western Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, 24 residences in Selmas and Mako regions were flooded due to this flood. Of this number, seven houses were in the village of Olanlar Mako and 17 houses in the villages of Salamas.

He also said that after removing her from the car that was caught in the flood, the dead girl's body was transferred to the authorized authorities and the injured were transferred to medical centers.
