The legal deputy of the Iranian army demanded an explanation from Qatar, assuming that the Iranian pilots were alive.

Yacoubi Muslimi, the legal deputy of Iran's military, says that the missing Iranian pilots are "assumed" to be alive because no reason has been provided for their killing.

At the same time, he considered the Qatari government legally responsible for the situation of these pilots.

Assuming that these pilots are alive, Mr. Yacovi said: "The country hosting the captives is responsible for keeping them alive, taking care of them, informing the families of the captives and handing them over to the competent authorities."

The army's legal deputy says that after meetings with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the headquarters of the armed forces and checking the information, he came to the conclusion that the Iranian pilots are alive.

The fate of the three Iranian pilots is still shrouded in mystery.

Iran says that two Sukhoi-24 fighter jets have returned to Iran after the ground attack on American positions in Qatar, when they were the target of the ground attack. Some time later, Iran announced that one of these pilots had been killed and his funeral had been held.

However, the General Headquarters of Armed Militant Forces announced that three more pilots are alive and in captivity in Qatar.

On the 13th of Shahrivar, the Iranian Red Crescent announced that it was monitoring the condition of these pilots through the Red Cross.

Qatar has always steadfastly denied the presence of these pilots on its territory and expressed ignorance about their situation.
