Tehran Chamber of Commerce: Iran's exports to Pakistan have been halted due to banking sanctions

Chairman of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce's Transportation Committee says Iran's exports to Pakistan are "temporarily halted" due to banking sanctions

Payman Sanandaji said that Iran's exports to Pakistan would effectively cease if the restrictions caused by sanctions on Iran's banking system continue and the required banking procedures cannot be carried out

Mr. Sanandaji noted that imports from Pakistan to Iran can continue for now, and said we must see how much the Pakistani side will cooperate to continue this process
