Trump: We may have gone too far in killing Iranian leaders

The President of the United States Donald Trump spoke of "exaggeration" in hitting the heads of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Last night he told his fans at an election rally in Ohio: "Maybe we exaggerated about the leaders of Iran because we no longer know who we are dealing with."

He means the former leader and senior officials of the Islamic Republic who were killed in the hostage war between Israel and America against Iran.

According to Mr. Trump, the killing of several senior leaders of the Islamic Republic has complicated the effort to determine the people with whom America should negotiate.

Jeddy Vance, the vice president of the United States, previously said in an interview with the Reuters news agency that Washington is still not sure how to make decisions in the ranks of the Iranian leadership. At this gathering, Mr. Trump also said "Iran will not be allowed to get a nuclear weapon" and portrayed that country as a "first-rate supporter of assassination."
