Iran's Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the British government's "baseless accusations".

This statement said: "The British government cannot avoid the political and legal responsibility of its claims and their possible consequences by taking shelter behind vague phrases without providing solid evidence and reasons."

Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs accused the British government of "falsifying security claims against other countries" and wrote that "while it completely rejects the baseless accusations against Iran, it considers the British government and the planners and implementers of this anonymous false operation responsible for all the consequences of this lie."

A few hours ago, the British Prime Minister, Andy Burnham, said in Parliament that the security incident at the Farford Air Base "probably corresponds to Iran and was almost certainly led by the Revolutionary Guards." An hour later, Iran's Foreign Ministry, in its statement without referring to this speech, considered the "appeal to phrases like "high probability" and "almost certainly" a sign of accusation.
