Iran's judiciary said it executed a "member" of the Jaishal Adel group on Monday.

Mizan, the legal news agency, says Omar Darstaran was tried and sentenced to death on charges of "treason" (militant armed insurgency) and being a member of Jaish-e-Adl.

According to the report, this sentence was implemented after approval by the Supreme Court.

Mizan says some of Mr. Dastran's charges are related to the attacks that took place on the Rask city police headquarters, the Rusk city Revolutionary Guards headquarters, the Prood base and the April 1403 military headquarters in the city of Chabahar.

According to human rights activists, Omar Darstaran, 27, from the village of Chiragan in the city of Rusk in Sistan and Balochistan, was a student of the city's former religious school and a former battalion of the Malvi Naqshbanid, and had been imprisoned in Iran since the month of Farudin 1403.
