The UK government has warned against traveling to parts of Saudi Arabia

The British Foreign Office has advised citizens of this country to avoid traveling to parts of Saudi Arabia.

The ministry stated that "any travel within 10 kilometers of the border with Yemen is prohibited" and "all essential travel to Asir District, Riyadh District, Najran District, Jizan District, the city of Taif and the international airport in Taif are prohibited."

Ed Miliband, the British foreign minister, previously said that he was "shocked" by the ground attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and added: "We express our sympathy with the victims."

He told British citizens to stay away from the airport and follow the advice of the Saudi authorities.
