Following the Houthi ground-based missile attack on Riyadh's main international airport, for the second time in less than a month, schools in Riyadh held online and offline classes for a week.
Officials of the Civil Aviation Organization of Saudi Arabia announced that 12 people were killed and hundreds of people were injured in the Houthi ground-launched missile attack on Riyadh International Airport. It was reported that one of the airport gates was targeted.
It was reported to be the deadliest ground attack on Saudi soil in more than a decade.
The Saudi-led coalition fighting the Houthis in Yemen described the ground attack as a war crime and promised a firm response.
