Amin Arpania, the advisor to the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts and the opening secretary of the Shams Tabrizi court, said about the reason for moving the grave: "My opinion is that this distance was maintained to protect the privacy of the historical tomb of Shams, which is at the end of this compound." He also said: "The necessary preparations for moving the tomb have been made... The tomb was moved under the dome with special ceremonies and rituals."

The structure of "Shams Tabrizi Court" was built according to the design of Nader Ardalan.
