🔻 A man was executed in Iran on a "suicide" order.

The chief judge of Samnan district announced the execution of the death sentence for the murder of Mohammad Javad Rahimi, a police officer in Damgan.

According to Muhammad Sadegh Akbari, this sentence was carried out this morning after it was approved in one of the branches of the Supreme Court and during legal proceedings, at the request of the parents and as part of the self-retribution sentence.

According to the explanations of the Chief Justice of Samnan, Muhammad Javad Rahimi was killed by two bullets after disarming on 11 Shahriwar 1401, while "doing his duty" at Damgan Hospital.

The name of the executioner has not been released.

Ali Mirrahmadi, the deputy police chief in Samnan district, said at the time of the incident: "The 39-year-old man who quarreled with the hospital staff, stole the gun of one of the policemen and fired two bullets, injuring him, and the second lieutenant, Mohammad Javad Rahimi, died after being taken for treatment, and the refugee was arrested." Mahmoud Yahya, the Public Relations Director of Samnan University of Medical Sciences, also said: "The attacker was taken to the hospital in Damgan district with neurological and mental problems, and after performing the initial treatment measures, due to non-cooperation with the medical staff, he planned to escape from the hospital."

When he ran away and after the police detained him, he collided with him and when he reached the policeman's gun, he shot at him and attacked the policeman.
