12 people, including three children, were killed in the Russian ground attack today on the city of Zaporizhia in southern Ukraine.
This ground attack was carried out a day after Donald Trump announced an agreement to lift sanctions on Russian diesel exports.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine, said: "Today, Russia acknowledged the lifting of sanctions on diesel exports by dropping five bombs on residential buildings in Zaporizhia."
14 people were injured in this ground attack.
In Russia's attacks on Ukraine, almost 80 civilians were killed in less than a week.
