Arab: The aim of the attacks on Yemen is to weaken the ballistic missile capabilities of the Houthis
The Saudi army says it has attacked Houthi positions in Yemen with several airstrikes, and the purpose of this operation is to weaken the ballistic missiles of the Iran-backed Houthis.
The Saudi-led coalition previously announced that it had destroyed 136 military targets in areas controlled by the Houthis in a "massive operation".
The Al-Masira network, which is affiliated with the Houthis, reported that Saudi attacks hit areas in Saada province in northwestern Yemen.
Saudi Arabia also said the Houthi ground attack on Riyadh International Airport on Thursday left three people dead. The Houthi media also reported that two people were killed in Saudi attacks at the airport in Sana'a.
