Dariush Ayari, the veteran cinematographer of Iranian cinema and brother of Kianush Ayari, has died at the age of 80. The news of his death was confirmed by Khana Cinema and some Iranian media announced the cause of death as a stroke.
Dariush Airi was born in 1325 and began his professional activity in the Ahvaz Azad workshop. In 1364 he was the director of photography for "Tanora Dov", the first feature film of Kianush Airi, and from that time the professional collaboration between the two brothers was established.
