German publication: Iran included American military bases in Germany in the list of targets

The Reuters news agency cited the German publication Wirtschaftswoche which reported that Iran included American military bases in Germany, including the Ramstein and Spangdlam bases, on its list of targets.

According to the report, which was published citing several unnamed Western intelligence sources, Baweim warned its American and German partners of a possible threat three weeks ago. The concerns are focused on the bases that support the American military operation and logistical support related to the conflict with Iran.

The German Ministry of Defense and the American forces stationed in Germany have not yet commented on this matter.

An Iranian who was arrested this week during the arrest and interrogation of people suspected of planning a security operation against a British air base, is now released on bail.

He is a 25-year-old Iranian citizen with Iranian citizenship. Farford Air Force Base in the UK is home to American bombers.
