The CEO of Vitol, one of the largest oil trading companies, warned that stopping the export of oil and oil products from the Middle East could bring the price of crude oil to $200 per barrel.

According to Reuters, he said Tuesday at the "Modiin Energy" meeting in London that due to the low reserves in the Western countries, if the daily flow of 10 to 14 million barrels of oil and oil products by ships from the region is not maintained, the energy markets will be unstable in the winter evening.

According to him, in the last seven to ten days, about 12 million barrels of crude oil and two million barrels of petroleum products left the Middle East.
