Saudi and Houthi authorities have yet to comment on this refinery, and no individual or group has claimed responsibility.

An hour ago, Yemeni government forces, supported by Saudi Arabia, announced a ground attack on "important military targets" in Sana'a, the capital controlled by the Houthis. A spokesman for Yemen's government forces said that "militant armed forces are capable of strategic attacks on the Houthis."

Meanwhile, the Iran-allied Houthis continue to attack Taiz province with their ground forces.
