84 dogs were found in houses contaminated with feces and urine. A 61-year-old man who lived at the same address with his wife and son was found guilty of "disregarding the health of the dogs".
His wife and son were also convicted of the same charge. The man saw his "occupation" as the cause of this situation. And his wife said: "The situation after the spread of the corona got out of control."
Many dogs suffer from weight loss and injuries.
The dogs were sent to another shelter. One of them died due to the severity of the disease.
This man along with his wife and son will be jailed in December.
