Iran denied Bloomberg's report on the Iraqi "nuclear proposal".

Iran's state news agency IRNA quoted an informed official who rejected the report by the American magazine Bloomberg, writing that what was termed Iran's nuclear proposal to the American side is "completely false".

IRNA quoted this "informed source" and wrote: "Basically, in talks held with the mediators, there was no discussion on the nuclear issue."

Bloomberg wrote on Thursday, citing its sources, that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, in sideline meetings at the UN General Assembly in New York, told his European and Western counterparts that Tehran is ready to allow IAEA inspectors to return to Iran in exchange for the lifting of sanctions.
