Yesterday (Monday), the head of the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran announced the submission of an official complaint to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in response to the restrictions on Iran's aviation industry. Abolfazl Kouhkan said that in this official filing, "Iran's interception documents were clearly explained regarding the disruption of the flight process." Since US sanctions against Iranian airlines went into effect last week, airports in various countries have canceled flights by Iranian carriers.
